All services are delivered in person at our location or by scheduled consultation.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, in person, or through our website. We ask that clients notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and select digital payment methods.


Custom work and special projects may require a non-refundable deposit.

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for garments that are soiled, in poor condition, or present a health/safety risk.

8. Intellectual Property

Any original designs, sketches, or concepts created by Daba Design & Alterations remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied or reproduced for resale.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. All changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
